I recently inspected a competitor’s 2-year-old model home and a 6-year-old Quadrant Home on the same day. The competitor’s home inspection was time consuming. Although the interior was nice, I had to document a lot of defects, including debris in the crawlspace, partially missing vapor barrier, poorly installed insulation that had fallen and poorly installed vent screens that resulted in rodent activity. The attic was just as bad, with poorly installed insulation, missing soffit screens and baffles, and all three interior fan / venting tubes detached from the roof.
The Quadrant home I inspected was 6 years old. I was happy to find a clean and well finished crawlspace and attic with no repair or defect notes. Time and again I find that inspecting Quadrant Homes saves me time and homeowner’s money. Again, Thanks for making a great home and making my job easier.
